Q2 FY27 Gurugram Occupancy at 68%, Short of 70% Guided in Jun'26 Qtr; Margin Reaches 23.8%

In Sep'26 Qtr, the flagship Gurugram hospital reported an occupancy rate of 68% and achieved its highest ever EBITDA margin at 23.8%. The 68% occupancy fell short of the 70% target for Q2 FY27 guided in both the Mar'26 and Jun'26 Qtr concalls, while the 23.8% margin exceeded the 20% to 21% FY27 margin guidance reaffirmed in the Jun'26 Qtr. Looking ahead, management anticipates potential margin expansion to 23% to 24% over the next 2 to 3 years, with a long-term view of achieving a top line of INR 2,000 crores with upwards of 23% margin at a full scale of 900 to 950 beds, assuming 70% optimum occupancy and 4% to 5% ARPOB growth.
