H1 FY27 Normalized Revenue Reaches INR 888 Crores; FY27 Guidance Reaffirmed to Exceed INR 1,800 Crores

H1 FY27 reported Ind AS revenue reached INR 864 crores with Q2 FY27 contributing INR 438.7 crores according to reported actuals, while H1 normalized revenue stood at INR 888 crores in the Sep'26 Qtr concall. Management initially guided for 25% to 27% YoY consolidated revenue growth in the Mar'26 Qtr concall, which transitioned to a target of exceeding INR 1,800 crores in the Jun'26 Qtr. In the Sep'26 Qtr, management reaffirmed the FY27 guidance for total revenue to exceed INR 1,800 crores. Going forward, this top-line expectation is supported by continued segmental growth across both coworking and Transform divisions.
