Nxtra Data Center Capacity Target Maintained at 1.0 Gigawatt; 56 Edge Facilities Planned Over 18-24 Months

In the Dec'25 Qtr concall, management initiated guidance to scale Nxtra data center capacity from 120-130 megawatts to 1.0 gigawatt over the next three to four years, targeting a market share increase from 12% to 25%. During the Mar'26 Qtr concall, this ambition was reaffirmed, with management detailing plans to build 56 edge data centers over the next 18 to 24 months and raise $1 billion at the Nxtra entity level to support the expansion. In the Jun'26 Qtr concall, the 1.0 gigawatt capacity ambition was reaffirmed again, with management noting that the expansion includes Google's contracted capacity and requires major land acquisitions in Mumbai. Overall consolidated total capex for the upcoming year was guided in the Mar'26 Qtr concall to remain in the same ballpark as FY26.
