In the Mar'26 Qtr, management outlined plans to commission a new greenfield transformer plant between Jul'26 and Aug'26 with an initial capacity of 25,000 to 30,000 MVA, scaling to a peak of 45,000 MVA by calendar year-end to reach a total capacity of 110,000 to 120,000 MVA. Execution timelines were set at 18 to 36 months for the INR 641 crore Power Grid order and 12 to 20 months for the INR 900 crore US data center order, dependent on a 9 to 12-month lead time for German components. Furthermore, the company targets commercialization of its 400 KV GIS product line in FY27 and approved a greenfield switchgear expansion with an INR 48 crore investment. [Status: Initiated]
