India Glycols Ltd (INDIAGLYCO) Q4FY26 Management Mirror - Mar-2026 Qtr
Debt Reduction & Finance Costs
Management expects interest costs to stabilize at approximately INR 25 crores per quarter going forward following significant prepayments, while outlining a normal debt liability of INR 268 crores for FY25 alongside intentions for additional cash-flow-driven prepayments. This sustains the debt reduction strategy outlined in the Dec'25 Qtr, which targeted a closing term loan of INR 1,100 crores by 31st Mar'26 and 125 to 150 basis points of interest savings, building on the Sep'25 Qtr guidance of reducing annualized interest by INR 60 crores to INR 70 crores; furthermore, the company aims to monetize a 24% Clariant JV stake by FY29 to render the Chemicals division entirely debt-free.
