Maiden Private Credit Fund Final Closure Deferred From Jun'26 Qtr Guidance to Accommodate Institutional Pipeline

In the Sep'26 Qtr concall, management updated that the maiden INR 3,000 crore private credit fund crossed the 90% threshold and a commercial offices real estate fund was launched. Against Jun'26 Qtr guidance scheduling the private credit fund's final close for the Sep'26 Qtr, management deferred the closure to accommodate domestic institutional pipeline flows. Looking ahead, management expects to close the real estate fund over the next 6 months and launch the next product series in CY27, projecting predictable variable carry income as historical funds approach realization.
