Management delayed the commercial operation of Unit 2 to the end of May'26 in the Mar'26 Qtr, slipping sequentially from the Jan'26 to Feb'26 target set in the Sep'25 Qtr, which itself was a delay from the original Oct'25 to Dec'25 expectation in the Mar'25 Qtr; however, management expects the plant to turn profitable in FY27 once its plant load factor exceeds 70%, projecting approximately 4,000 crore in regulated equity upon full commissioning.
