Quick Commerce Contribution Margin Breakeven Reached in Jun'26 Qtr; Guidance Introduced for 0 to -100 Bps Range to Fund Growth

In the Dec'25 Qtr concall, management guided to achieve zero (breakeven) contribution margin in the quick commerce segment for the AMJ'26 quarter. This target was reaffirmed in the Mar'26 Qtr concall. In the Jun'26 Qtr concall, management stated that the business achieved contribution margin breakeven for the first time. For the Jun'26 Qtr, reported actual Quick-commerce EBITDA was -651 INR Crore with an EBITDA Margin of -52.8%. Following the achievement of contribution margin breakeven, management initiated guidance for a flexible, bound range of 0 to -100 basis points in contribution margin to reinvest in growth and customer acquisition.
