ACC Reports Q2 FY'27 Results and Advances Ambuja Merger In Q2 FY'27, ACC reported revenue from operations of Rs 5,689 Cr with cement sales volume of 9.7 MnT. Operating EBITDA stood at Rs 401 Cr (7.0% margin; Rs 414 PMT), impacted by higher MSA volumes with Ambuja Cements, while PAT was Rs 93 Cr. The company added 3.4 MTPA capacity via units in Salai Banwa and Kalamboli. Shareholders approved the proposed merger with Ambuja Cements on 29th Sep'26, moving the scheme to NCLT.
