Baba Arts Announces Management Overhaul Following Skybridge Interactive Takeover Following the completion of an open offer, Skybridge Interactive LLP acquired control of Baba Arts Ltd. after promoter Gordhan P. Tanwani transferred 3.27 cr equity shares (62.29%) on 6th Oct'26, with a final tranche of 65.00 lakh shares (12.38%) pending transfer.
