Basant Agro Tech Revises Dividend Eligibility; Sets Record Date Basant Agro Tech (India) Ltd. has withdrawn its previous book closure for dividend payment purposes. The company announced on 4th Aug'26 that it has now fixed 23rd Sep'26 as the Record Date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend, if declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
