NCLT Hyderabad Adjourns Oppression Petition Hearing Against Cemantic Infra-Tech Cemantic Infra-Tech Limited announced that the petition filed against the company and its promoter directors under Sections 241, 242, and 244 of the Companies Act, 2013 was heard before the NCLT Hyderabad Bench-I on 23rd Sep'26. The tribunal declined to grant any interim relief to the petitioners as prayed for in the petition and interlocutory application. Cemantic Infra-Tech: Favorable Court Ruling in NI Act Case Cemantic Infra-Tech (formerly Quantum Build-Tech) disclosed a favorable court order dated 29th Jul'26 in a case under the NI Act. The VIII Metropolitan Magistrate found the accused guilty and imposed a fine of Rs. 1.30 crore. The court directed Rs. 1.30 crore of the fine to be paid as compensation to the complainant (the company), with the balance of Rs. 500 payable to the state.
