CG-VAK Software Q1'27 Results: Profit Declines Amid Board Appointments For Q1 FY27 ended 30th Jun'26, CG-VAK reported a consolidated net profit of ₹193.72 lakhs, down 31.1% YoY from ₹281.27 lakhs. Revenue from operations declined 2.4% YoY to ₹1,800.40 lakhs. Sequentially, revenue fell 5.3% QoQ while net profit reversed a loss of ₹1.79 lakhs in Q4'26. Basic EPS stood at ₹3.84 versus ₹5.57 in the year-ago quarter.
