Management expects urea production to exceed the previous year despite an ongoing G1 plant shutdown lasting until mid-Jun'26, upgrading the Dec'25 Qtr expectation of broadly static near-term volumes. A new 1.3 to 1.4 million ton brownfield urea expansion is estimated to cost between INR 9,000 crore and INR 10,000 crore, consistently awaiting supportive government policy as highlighted since the Sep'25 Qtr.
