Cranex Q1FY27 Results Marked by Qualified Auditor Opinion Cranex reported Q1FY27 standalone net profit of ₹32.49 lakhs, up 33% YoY but down 73% QoQ. Revenue from operations grew 10% YoY to ₹989.44 lakhs. Total comprehensive income was ₹33.04 lakhs. The auditor issued a qualified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results due to non-compliance with Ind AS-109 for fair value measurement of financial assets/liabilities and lack of inventory register verification. For consolidated financials, the auditor also flagged non-application of the equity method for a joint venture, a breach of Ind AS-28.
