Crizac Limited Revises Investment Terms for Edument Consultancy Acquisition Crizac Limited has revised its proposed investment in Edument Consultancy following shareholder Chandra Shekhar Sharma's withdrawal of consent to sell 107 CCPS worth ₹1,03,654, which has been refunded. Consequently, total deal consideration is revised from ₹1,24,76,944 to ₹1,23,73,290. Crizac will now acquire 5,337 CCPS instead of 5,444 CCPS.
