Engineers India Secures Over $450 Million Dangote Kenya Project Engineers India Limited (EIL) has signed a contract agreement exceeding US$ 450 Million with the Dangote Group to act as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and EPCM Consultant. The contract entails executing Dangote’s new 700,000 BPD greenfield refinery and petrochemical plant in Kenya.
