TDSAT Rules in Favour of GMR Airports' Subsidiary DIAL on Tariff Matters TDSAT issued a judgment allowing all issues in favour of GMR Airports' subsidiary, Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), in its appeal against AERA's aeronautical tariff order for Indira Gandhi International Airport's fourth control period (1st Apr'24 to 31st Mar'29). The ruling also covers appeals regarding non-implementation of a prior TDSAT order. AERA must implement the decision within three months from the judgment date, subject to any potential appeals.
