Hathway Appoints Jitesh Shah as New Chief Financial Officer Hathway Cable and Datacom has appointed Mr. Jitesh Shah as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective 01 Sep'26. Hathway Cable Q1'FY27 Net Profit Declines YoY on Higher Pay Channel Costs Hathway Cable reported Q1'FY27 consolidated net profit of ₹24.56 crores, down 20.8% YoY but up 118.3% QoQ. Revenue from operations for the quarter ended 30th Jun'26 stood at ₹565.10 crores, a 6.5% YoY and 3.5% QoQ increase. The YoY profit decline was primarily driven by a significant 18.8% YoY rise in pay channel costs, which reached ₹319.46 crores. Segment-wise, the Cable TV business posted a loss of ₹18.59 crores, while the Broadband and Dealing in Securities segments remained profitable.
