HLV Limited Receives Favorable Supreme Court Ruling in Land Dispute HLV Limited has received a favorable ruling in a long-standing litigation. On 18 Dec'25, the Supreme Court of India dismissed a Special Leave Petition (No. 12090/2016) filed by the Resources of Aviation Redressal Association (ROAR). The dispute concerned two lease deeds from 1983 between HLVL and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for land parcels.
