Innovana Thinklabs Q1'27 Results: Profit Declines Amid Higher Expenses Innovana Thinklabs reported a consolidated net profit of ₹5.54 Cr for Q1'27 ended 30-Jun'26, down 57.8% YoY from ₹13.12 Cr but up 203.8% QoQ. Total income grew 22.3% YoY to ₹42.71 Cr. The profit decline was driven by a sharp 87.2% YoY surge in total expenses to ₹36.02 Cr, primarily due to higher digital advertising and employee costs. Innovana Thinklabs Q3FY26 Consolidated PAT Declines 29% QoQ Innovana Thinklabs reported Q3FY26 consolidated PAT of ₹897.32 Lacs, a 29.2% QoQ decline but up 20.6% YoY. Revenue from operations was ₹3,488.81 Lacs, up 6.6% QoQ and 20.6% YoY. EBITDA stood at ₹1,572.56 Lacs, down 15.6% QoQ but improving from ₹1,766.17 Lacs last year. The Gym and Fitness segment reported a loss of ₹106.25 Lacs before interest and tax, attributed to regulatory GST changes.
