Juniper Hotels Q1-FY27: Strong Profit Growth Driven by RevPAR Strength Juniper Hotels reported strong Q1-FY27 results, with Profit After Tax soaring 270% YoY to INR 33.3 Cr. Total income grew 11% YoY to INR 252.2 Cr. The performance was driven by a 13% YoY increase in Consolidated RevPAR to INR 8,408, supported by a 5pp rise in occupancy to 76% and a 5% increase in ARR. Juniper Hotels Subsidiary Finalizes License Deed for New Delhi Luxury Hotel Juniper Hotels' wholly-owned subsidiary, Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL), executed a License Deed with the Delhi Development Authority on 12 Aug'26. The agreement is for developing a 5-star luxury hotel on a 2.524-acre land parcel in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. An Annual License Fee (ALF) of ₹16.11 crore begins in the 4th year, payable quarterly. The ALF is waived for the first 42 months (construction period), will increase 5% annually from year 4-13, and 7% annually from year 14-55.
