Karma Energy Q1FY27: Revenue Rises, But Lower Margins Drive PAT Decline Karma Energy reported Q1FY27 results ending 30-Jun-26, showing a 4.8% YoY revenue increase to Rs 320.37 lac. However, a significant 45.4% drop in other income to Rs 38.68 lac led to a 4.8% YoY decline in total income. Profit Before Tax (PBT) fell 44.0% YoY to Rs 50.45 lac, primarily due to lower operating margins and the absence of a large one-off exceptional item seen in Q1FY26. Consequently, Profit After Tax (PAT) decreased by 27.5% YoY to Rs 44.06 lac. Basic EPS stood at Rs 0.38.

Karma Energy Q4FY26 Results and MD Re-appointment Karma Energy reported a Q4FY26 net loss of Rs 82.29 lac, a significant decline from a profit of Rs 14.86 lac YoY. Karma Energy Fined by BSE for Regulatory Non-Compliance Karma Energy received an order from BSE on 06th Apr'26 imposing a fine of Rs. 5,80,560 (incl. GST) for non-compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations 17 & 20.
