Kaushalya Infra Q1FY27 Standalone Results and AGM Details Kaushalya Infrastructure reported a standalone net loss of ₹48.90 lakhs for Q1FY27, reversing from a profit of ₹26.43 lakhs in Q1FY26. Kaushalya Infra Reports Widened Q1FY27 Net Loss Amidst Lower Revenue Kaushalya Infrastructure reported a standalone net loss of ₹48.90 lakh for Q1FY27, a significant decline from a ₹26.43 lakh profit in Q1FY26. Ltd. announced its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services Private Limited, has merged with MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The merger, approved by the Regional Director, is effective from 08 May'26. Consequently, the company's RTA has been changed to MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
