L&T Finance Reports Strong Q2FY27 Results Under Lakshya 2031 Strategy L&T Finance delivered solid Q2FY27 performance, with consolidated PAT rising 33% YoY and 8% QoQ to ₹975 Cr. Total book grew 28% YoY to ₹1,36,635 Cr, led by 99% retailisation. Quarterly disbursements reached ₹24,027 Cr, up 27% YoY. NIM plus fees expanded to 10.48%, driving RoA up 19 bps YoY to 2.60% and RoE up 223 bps YoY to 13.56%. Asset quality improved as consolidated GS3 declined to 2.75% and NS3 to 0.85%, while quarterly borrowing costs fell to a record 6.95%.

L&T Finance Delivers Strong Q2FY27 Results With Record PAT and Expanding Book L&T Finance reported its highest-ever consolidated PAT of Rs. 975 Crore for Q2FY27, up 33% YoY, driven by a 28% YoY expansion in its consolidated loan book to Rs. 1,36,635 Crore. Retail disbursements grew 27% YoY to Rs. 24,027 Crore. Profitability improved as RoA expanded 19 bps YoY to 2.60%, RoE reached 13.56%, and NIMs plus fees rose 26 bps YoY to 10.48%. Asset quality strengthened with Gross Stage 3 at 2.75% versus 3.29% YoY, while credit costs fell 52 bps YoY to 2.46%.

L&T Finance Reports Strong Q2 FY27 Results With Consolidated PAT Up 32% YoY L&T Finance approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th Sep'26, posting a 26.5% YoY rise in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹5,484.16 crore. Consolidated net profit grew 32.4% YoY to ₹972.76 crore (₹975.10 crore attributable to owners), with basic EPS expanding to ₹3.89 from ₹2.94 in Q2 FY26. Standalone net profit reached ₹968.25 crore. Loan book closed at ₹1,32,173.76 crore. Standalone Gross Stage 3 and Net Stage 3 stood at 2.75% and 0.85%, respectively, with a CRAR of 18.67%.

L&T Finance Reports Strong Q2FY27 Retail Disbursements and Loan Book Expansion L&T Finance reported estimated retail disbursements of ~Rs. 24,000 crore for Q2 ended 30th Sep'26, registering ~27% YoY growth compared to Rs. 18,883 crore in Q2FY26. Growth was led by Gold Finance at Rs. 3,230 crore (vs. Rs. 983 crore) and Urban Finance at Rs. 10,320 crore (vs. Rs. 8,143 crore). The retail loan book expanded ~29% YoY to ~Rs. 1,34,500 crore from Rs. 1,04,606 crore. Consequently, retailisation reached an estimated 99%, up from 98% in Q2FY26.
