Marathon Nextgen to Acquire Adani's 60% Stake in Monte South Marathon Nextgen Realty approved acquiring Adani Group's 60% stake in Byculla's Monte South project on 31st Oct'26 for ~₹335 crore, taking its ownership from 40% to 100%. The ~25 lakh sq. ft. mixed-use development comprises four 64-storey residential towers and one commercial tower. Currently, Tower A holds full OC, Tower B has OC up to the 45th floor, Tower C's RCC structure is built up to the 35th floor, and Tower D remains unlaunched. The exit allows Adani to focus on larger MMR developments.

Marathon Nextgen Realty Acquires Full Economic Interest in Monte South Project Marathon Nextgen Realty approved acquiring an additional 60% stake in its JV, Swayam Realtors and Traders LLP (SRTL), securing full economic interest in the Monte South Project, Byculla. The total deal value is up to Rs 335 crore, comprising up to Rs 135 crore in cash consideration and Rs 200 crore in bank guarantees. Marathon Nextgen Reports Q2 FY27 Results with Strong Pre-Sales and Zero Net Debt Marathon Nextgen Realty reported consolidated Q2 FY27 total revenues of ₹145 crore, EBITDA of ₹61 crore, and PAT of ₹45 crore, maintaining a net debt-free balance sheet with positive net cash. Existing portfolio pre-sales surged 79% QoQ to ₹154 crore (merged: ₹251 crore), driven by a 70% QoQ rise in residential bookings, led by a 155% increase in affordable/mid-income housing.
