Mewar Hi-Tech FY26 PAT Declines, Board Approves Results and Appoints New Auditor Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering reported a 69.2% YoY decline in Net Profit to ₹87.81 lakhs for FY26, down from ₹285.37 lakhs in FY25. Revenue from operations for the year fell 6.5% YoY to ₹4,724.93 lakhs. For H2FY26, Net Profit was ₹62.39 lakhs on revenue of ₹3,147.62 lakhs. The Board approved these audited standalone results on 30 May'26 and also appointed M/s Kothari Harshil & Associates as the internal auditor for FY27. Basic EPS for FY26 stood at ₹2.25, a sharp drop from ₹7.31 in the prior year.
