Oberoi Realty Reports Robust H1FY27 and Q2FY27 Financial Performance Oberoi Realty posted a strong surge in H1FY27 booking value to Rs. 10,199.57 crores compared to Rs. 2,937.73 crores in H1FY26, with Q2FY27 bookings reaching Rs. 9,149.69 crores. Consolidated revenue for H1FY27 rose to Rs. 3,098.06 crores (vs. Rs. 2,918.82 crores in H1FY26), while Q2FY27 revenue grew QoQ to Rs. 1,736.37 crores from Rs. 1,361.69 crores.
