INR 2,700 crores) on 24 Aug'26. The orders are for the supply of Spools and Hangers to international customers and will be executed over two to three years. Ratnamani Q1FY27 Standalone Performance Weakens, Subsidiaries Provide Support Ratnamani Metals & Tubes reported a weak standalone performance for Q1FY27, ended 30 Jun'26, due to subdued infrastructure demand. Standalone revenue fell 30% YoY to ₹740.78 Cr, with EBITDA declining 54% to ₹105.18 Cr and PAT dropping 63% to ₹54.06 Cr. EBITDA margin contracted sharply to 14.2% from 21.3%. However, strong performance from subsidiaries cushioned the consolidated results. Consolidated revenue was ₹971.63 Cr (-15.6% YoY) and PAT was ₹107.03 Cr (-15.8% YoY). The standalone order book increased to over ₹2,000 Cr.

Ratnamani Metals Q1 FY27 Net Profit Falls 15.8% YoY on Lower Revenue Ratnamani Metals & Tubes reported consolidated results for Q1 FY27 ending 30-Jun'26. Revenue from operations declined 15.6% YoY to ₹97,163.25 lakhs. Net profit attributable to owners fell 18.7% YoY to ₹8,216.41 lakhs from ₹10,102.44 lakhs in the prior year's quarter. Sequentially, revenue dropped 10.4% while net profit decreased 21.5%. Basic EPS stood at ₹11.72, down from ₹18.81 in Q1 FY26 and ₹14.94 in Q4 FY26. The Steel Tubes and Pipes segment drove the revenue decline.
