Royal Orchid Hotels Q1 FY27: Strong Revenue Growth Offset by Lower Profitability Royal Orchid Hotels reported strong Q1 FY27 consolidated results with income from operations up 36.1% YoY to ₹107.2 cr and EBITDA growing 39.1% YoY to ₹32.9 cr. However, net profit (PAT) declined 45.9% YoY to ₹5.8 cr, with PAT margin contracting to 5.6% from 13.8% in Q1 FY26. Key drivers were a 53.6% YoY jump in room revenue and the contribution from the new Iconiqa Mumbai property. JLO occupancy was 70.6% with ARR at ₹6,233 (+13.6% YoY). The company has 173+ hotels and 11,369 keys, with a Vision 2030 target of 345+ hotels.
