SDBL Q1FY27: Disruption Hits Earnings, New Capacity Offers Revival Path Som Distilleries reported weak Q1FY27 results due to a temporary license-related disruption at its Bhopal facility. Consolidated revenue fell 49.3% YoY to ₹268.8 cr, with EBITDA declining 78.8% to ₹15.2 cr and PAT dropping 96.2% to ₹1.6 cr. EBITDA margin contracted 790 bps YoY to 5.7%. While lower volumes and higher costs pressured margins, market rebounds in Karnataka and Odisha provided some offset. The commencement of commercial production at its new 10 mn case Uttar Pradesh plant strengthens the growth pipeline for future recovery.
