Following NCLT Mumbai’s 28th Oct'26 order, the company cleared dues for remaining lenders—SBI, PNB, and UBI—and received full No Dues Certificates, completing payouts across all 14 creditors to achieve debt-free status. The resolution will include interest reversals under accounting standards, strengthening the balance sheet and enhancing pre-qualification capacity to bid for new infrastructure works.

Under the agreement, the company's corporate guarantee exposure drops ~80% from ~₹180 crore to ₹36.51 crore, cutting contingent liabilities by ~₹143.49 crore.
