Surana Telecom Q1FY27: Profit Soars on Higher Other Income Surana Telecom & Power reported a strong Q1FY27 standalone PAT of ₹832.23 lakh, up 206% YoY, on 07 Aug'26. Surana Telecom to Sell 49% Stake in Solar Subsidiary for Rs 1.14 Crore Surana Telecom and Power's board approved the sale of a 49% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited, on 19th May'26. The company will receive Rs 1.14 crore from the buyer, Lakhanlal Anand Kumar Trade Private Limited, which is not a promoter group entity. Surana Telecom Reports Strong Q3'26 Standalone Profit and Revenue Growth Surana Telecom posted strong standalone results for Q3 ended 31 Dec'25, with net profit surging 238.7% YoY to ₹430.72 lakhs.
