Swan Corp Q1FY27: Revenue Declines While Net Loss Widens Swan Corp reported a consolidated net loss of ₹3,599.22 lakh for Q1FY27, widening from a loss of ₹2,599.54 lakh YoY. Total income decreased 17.6% YoY to ₹1,04,771.30 lakh. The Distribution & Development segment was the largest revenue contributor at ₹89,912.98 lakh but posted a profit of only ₹1,128.72 lakh. In contrast, the Shipyard segment generated a significant loss of ₹2,476.04 lakh on revenue of ₹3,061.13 lakh. Auditors did not review financials for 9 subsidiaries, which contributed ₹94,962.39 lakh in revenue.
