Terai Tea Q1 FY27: Consolidated Profit Jumps 34% YoY Despite Lower Revenue Terai Tea reported Q1 FY27 consolidated net profit of ₹675.48 lakh, up 33.8% YoY from ₹504.95 lakh. Terai Tea Sells 47.73% Stake in Associate Terai Dooars Tea Terai Tea Company Limited has divested its entire 47.73% shareholding in its associate, Terai Dooars Tea Co. Pvt Ltd. The sale of 2,62,500 equity shares to Mr. Uday Narayan Sharma, a non-related party, was completed on 30 Mar'26 for a total consideration of INR 1.71 Cr. Pvt Ltd to Mr. Uday Narayan Sharma. The transaction involved the sale of 2,62,500 equity shares for a total consideration of INR 81,43,931. In the last financial year, the associate company contributed INR 417.95 lakhs (4.06%) to turnover and INR 198.97 lakhs (1.93%) to net worth. Terai Tea Reports Q3FY26 Standalone Profit After Tax of ₹195.16 Lakhs Terai Tea Company reported a standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹195.16 lakhs for Q3FY26, a significant turnaround from a loss of ₹342.83 lakhs in Q2FY26 and a profit of ₹12.77 lakhs in Q3FY25.
