Zen Technologies to Acquire 51.98% Stake in Cogknit Semantics for ₹135.15 Crore Zen Technologies' Board approved an investment of ₹135.15 crore on 18th Oct'26 to acquire a 51.98% majority stake (fully diluted basis) in Bengaluru-based Cogknit Semantics. Investor Ashish Kacholia and associates will also participate in the primary funding round. Cogknit developed an indigenous Battlefield Management System (BMS) for Main Battle Tanks that has completed field trials with the Indian Army. The acquisition adds a critical command-and-control layer to complement Zen’s proposed Samvid AI platform, training simulators, drones, and counter-drone systems. Cogknit will become a subsidiary.
