Allied Digital Services Approves Cancellation of 5 Lakh Stock Options Allied Digital Services Limited's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the cancellation of 5,00,000 employee stock options under the ADSL ESOP Plan 2020 on 28th Sep'26, following a voluntary surrender by the grantee employee. Originally granted on 12th Nov'24 at an exercise price of INR 200 per share (face value INR 5 each), 1,00,000 options had vested prior to cancellation. Consequently, the entire 5,00,000 options return to the company's ESOP pool and become available for future grant allocations.
