Alcokraft Distilleries Clarifies Deficiencies in FY26 Financial Reporting Alcokraft Distilleries issued a clarification on 10th Jul'26 addressing reporting deficiencies for the year ended 31st Mar'26. The company rectified the inadvertent omission of half-yearly P&L figures, which was due to its new subsidiary having no financial activity. Alcokraft has since submitted a revised, compliant PDF. It also corrected a mismatch between XBRL and PDF consolidated figures, which arose from using an old PDF version, by filing a revised XBRL report to ensure complete alignment.
