In Sep'26 Qtr, the company reported H1 FY27 pre-sales of INR 4,093 crore and collections of approximately INR 1,041 crore. Against the initial FY27 full-year guidance of INR 8,000 crore pre-sales and approximately INR 3,000 crore collections initiated in the Mar'26 Qtr concall and reaffirmed in Jun'26 Qtr, H1 pre-sales achieved ~51% of the target while collections represented ~35%. Management reaffirmed the full-year FY27 targets of INR 8,000 crore in pre-sales and approximately INR 3,000 crore in collections, projecting second-half collections to hit ~INR 2,000 crore driven by milestone-linked inflows.
