ESDS Software Solution Reports Strong Q2FY27 Results and International AI Expansion ESDS Software Solution reported Q2FY27 revenue from operations of ₹1,383.4 million, rising 47.5% YoY and 3.5% QoQ. EBITDA increased 18.3% YoY to ₹577.6 million with a 41.8% margin, while PAT grew 40.7% YoY to ₹310.9 million with a 22.5% margin. For H1FY27, revenue reached ₹2,719.9 million, up 24.6% YoY, and PAT gained 26.3% YoY to ₹603.7 million. Subsidiary SPOCHUB secured a ₹11,766.35 million advance for an overseas GPUaaS project, complemented by a 5-year, USD 1.25 billion Australian AI cloud contract starting Q3FY27.

ESDS Software Solution Reports Strong Q2FY27 Results with 48% YoY Revenue Growth ESDS Software Solution announced its Q2FY27 results ended 30th Sep'26, posting revenue from operations of ₹1,383.4 million, up 48% YoY and 4% QoQ. EBITDA reached ₹577.6 million (up 18.3% YoY) with a 41.8% margin, while PAT rose 40.7% YoY to ₹310.9 million (22.5% margin). For H1FY27, revenue climbed 25% YoY to ₹2,720.0 million and PAT grew 26.3% YoY to ₹603.7 million. Segmentally, IaaS drove 50.5% of Q2 revenues, followed by Managed Services at 31.2% and SaaS at 18.3%. ESDS also launched its SWARAJ Cloud platform.
