Kabra Jewels to Acquire 55% Stake in Kabra & Nyati Jewels Kabra Jewels Limited’s Board approved the acquisition of a 55% stake (5,500 shares at Rs. 10 face value) in Kabra & Nyati Jewels Private Limited (KNJPL) for a total cash consideration of Rs. 55,000 on 28th Sep'26.
