Ontic Finserve Approves Capital Reduction and Consolidation Scheme to Offset Accumulated Losses The Board of Ontic Finserve approved a Scheme of Arrangement on 4th Sep'26 for capital reduction and consolidation under Section 66 of the Companies Act. The scheme reduces paid-up equity capital from Rs 9,00,03,000 (9,00,03,000 shares of Re 1 each) to Rs 90,00,300 by cancelling 8,10,02,700 equity shares to offset accumulated losses without cash outflow. Remaining shares will consolidate at a 1:10 ratio into 9,00,030 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
