RIR Power Electronics Installs SiC Epitaxial Reactors at Odisha Plant RIR Power Electronics completed the installation of Silicon Carbide (SiC) Epitaxial Wafer Manufacturing Reactors at its Bhubaneswar, Odisha facility on 16th Sep'26. Key equipment, power connections, and utilities are fully commissioned, with commercial operations pending final statutory approvals. The facility will produce India’s first SiC epitaxial wafers as part of RIR’s planned ₹618 crore phased investment.
